ITI is currently looking to fill the position of Contracts Administrator to support the ITI Corporate Office. The purpose of this position is to support ITI by administering various government and non-government contracts including Cost Plus, Firm Fixed Price, Firm Fixed Price LOE, Time and Material, IDIQ and GSA type contract vehicles from cradle to grave by performing the below duties. 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following:

Contracts Administration

 

Proposal Administration

 

 

Program Management:

·         Ensure that personnel have the appropriate charge numbers, review and sign bi-weekly time sheets;

·         Ensure that the funding allocated to the various tasks have enough funding either to complete the incremental funded amount, requesting additional funding at the appropriate time or that the various task are fully funded;

·         Support company program managers with assistance when requested;

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Education and/or Experience:

§  Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) from a four-year college or university, Contracts Management degree is a plus;

§  Minimum 7 years of experience working with various contract vehicles including FFP, T&M, CPFF, & CR;

§  Knowledge of FAR, DFAR, SCA, DCAA, and subcontract compliance and reporting.

§  The ability to gather information through original and secondary research, including Web research and face-to-face and telephone interviews;

§  Excellent communication skills;

§  Superior project management skills;

§  Professional appearance and demeanor;

§  Detailed oriented and have the ability to plan for and meet deadlines.
