Infinity is currently looking to fill the position of Technical Proposal Writer/Editor to support the Corporate Office. The purpose of this position is to support Infinity by working as a resource specialist in writing, cataloging and maintaining business and technical publications; creating, writing, and editing Requests for Proposals (RFP’s) and other publications to include reports, manuals, briefs, proposals, procedures, and related materials.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education and/or Experience:

§  Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism or a closely related field;

§  3 – 5 years of producing proposals (RFPs) for the Government or Prime contractors;

§  Self-starter and highly motivated, creative, attentive to detail, organized and effective in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment; able to meet multiple deadlines and prioritize simultaneous projects; able to work well with management and employees at all levels; and able to work both independently and as a member of a creative team;

§  Working knowledge of government cost plus, fixed price, and T&M fixed price contracts;

§  Excellent writing/editing skills;

§  Expert proofreading skills;

§  The ability to gather information through original and secondary research, including Web research and face-to-face and telephone interviews;

§  Exceptional customer service skills;

§  Superior project management skills;
